Starting a return
Email amjad@dsp.com or call +44 7547 007547 with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm the returns address and next steps.
Condition of returned items
Please return items with their original packaging and accessories where possible. This helps us process your refund or replacement quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Shopify. Your bank may take a few working days to show the funds.
Faulty items
If an appliance is faulty within its one-year warranty period, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
